These terms apply to all purchases on kanhasa.in from Kanha Asa Herbal. By placing an order you agree to them.

Products

Our soaps and herbal products are handmade in small batches, so colour, shape and pattern may vary slightly from the photos. Our products are for external use and are not medicines; they do not treat or cure any condition. Please do a patch test before first use and stop use if irritation occurs.

Prices and payment

• Prices are in Indian Rupees and include the product price only. Shipping is ₹100 per order.
• Minimum order: 4 soaps (any mix).
• Free shipping on orders of ₹1000 or more (Diwali Offer).
• Orders are prepaid through UPI, cards or net banking (Razorpay). Cash on Delivery is available only on request, with a ₹200 COD charge paid in advance.

Orders

We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock or the details are incorrect. In that case the full amount is refunded.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts at Rewa, Madhya Pradesh.
