Refund & Return Policy

Our products are personal-care items, so we accept returns only in the cases below.

Damaged, wrong or missing items

• Message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos (an unboxing video helps).
• After checking, we send a free replacement or refund the amount of that item.

Not returnable

• Opened or used products.
• Change of mind after delivery.
• Slight differences in colour, shape or pattern, which are natural in handmade soaps.

Cancellation

You can cancel an order before it is dispatched for a full refund. Once dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Refund timeline

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 7 working days.
